Custom Advent Calendar Design with Premium Structure and Finishing

The Cult Beauty cosmetic advent calendar was carefully engineered to balance structure, functionality, and aesthetics. Measuring 330mm wide, 440mm high, and 140mm deep, the outer structure was built from a robust 2mm board case mounted on both sides, enclosing a 3mm rigid board tray to provide stability and durability. This solid construction ensured the calendar could protect a wide variety of luxury beauty items, while also delivering a high-end unboxing experience.

Inside, the custom advent calendar featured 25 internal boxes, each crafted to fit its product precisely. The drawers were constructed from 1500 micron board and included thumb cut-outs for easy opening. Dividers made of 3mm rigid board kept the internal structure clean and organised. The calendar’s magnetic closure added a refined touch, with a central magnet discreetly placed beneath a rigid board logo disc — an elegant branding element that doubled as functional design.
