For four consecutive years — 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025 — Magellan collaborated with MS Lending to create a series of bespoke advent calendars. These luxurious advent calendars were filled with miniature drinks and premium chocolates, designed to delight recipients while promoting brand loyalty in a unique and festive way.

Shared Calendar Specifications

Throughout all four years, MS Lending’s custom advent calendars shared a consistent foundation to maintain a cohesive brand presence. Each branded advent calendar was built using a premium 3mm rigid board outer case featuring two secure magnetic closure doors. Inside, 24 drawers made from folding box board offered sturdy, reliable compartments, each featuring half-moon thumb cuts to ensure effortless opening.

The calendars were finished with full CMYK advent calendar printing and a smooth anti-scuff matte lamination to protect and enhance the vibrant design. With external dimensions of 335mm (length) x 225mm (height) x 130mm (depth) and individual drawers measuring 120mm x 50mm x 50mm, the structure remained consistent across all editions. Each calendar was personally fulfilled, carefully packaged with protective layers, and individually dispatched to clients throughout the UK, ensuring a pristine, luxurious presentation on arrival.

2025: Cosy Festive Design with Drinks and Chocolate Options

Following the positive response to the dual-format calendars in 2024, MS Lending Group continued offering both miniature drinks and premium chocolate editions in 2025 to suit a wider range of client preferences.

The design introduced a cosy, snowy house theme to create a warm, homely festive feel, while maintaining the same premium build quality and luxury finish. The result was a client gift that combined visual appeal with a memorable unboxing experience.

2024: Tailoring Client Experience with Alcohol and Chocolate Options

By 2024, MS Lending’s festive strategy had grown even more sophisticated. Recognising the diversity among their clientele, they introduced two variations of their custom advent calendars — one featuring miniature alcoholic drinks and another filled with premium chocolates.

The alcohol version maintained the excitement of 24 unique miniature bottles, carefully selected to include favourites such as Kraken Rum, Absolut Citron, Bombay Sapphire, Malibu, and Southern Comfort. The chocolate edition, meanwhile, featured a delightful assortment of Tony’s Chocolonely chocolate bars and Lindor truffles, offering a luxurious non-alcoholic alternative.

The same refined design standards were applied across both editions, with a vibrant CMYK print finish, an anti-scuff matte lamination, and the strong magnetic door closure — ensuring every calendar, whether drinks or chocolate, felt equally luxurious and carefully crafted. With 200 units produced in total, this tailored approach allowed MS Lending to offer personalised gifting experiences that catered to a wider audience while strengthening client relationships.

2023: Evolving the Design with a Festive Focus

Following the success of the previous year, 2023 brought a fresh update to the luxury advent calendars. The design evolved to incorporate more detailed festive illustrations, including Christmas trees, bows, presents, and stars — each element harmonised with MS Lending’s signature orange and blue brand colours.

The logo prominence was enhanced further, wrapping around the front, back, and sides of the calendar to maximise brand recognition. Inside, a newly expanded selection of premium miniature bottles was included, featuring brands like Courvoisier Cognac, Tequila Jose Gold, Chivas Regal, Southern Comfort, and Hendricks Gin.

The 100 calendars produced for 2023 were fulfilled with the same meticulous care, ensuring a randomised and engaging layout. Clients received a product that not only represented MS Lending’s professional image but also delivered a memorable festive experience.

2022: Launching the First MS Lending Custom Advent Calendar

The inaugural MS Lending corporate branded advent calendar launched in 2022. The design celebrated the company’s brand colours, blending a bold blue and orange palette with festive elements like snowflakes to bring seasonal warmth. MS Lending’s logo was strategically displayed across the front and sides, ensuring brand visibility from every angle.

Inside each drawer, recipients discovered a carefully curated selection of 24 miniature drinks, including premium spirits such as Baileys, Absolut Vodka, Jack Daniels, Hendricks Gin, and Kraken Black Spiced Rum. To maintain excitement throughout the festive countdown, no two consecutive days featured the same brand, creating a daily surprise for each client.

With 80 units produced and fulfilled, the project established MS Lending’s unique position in festive corporate gifting, elevating the customer experience through an innovative and luxurious approach.

Production, Fulfilment and Impact

Throughout each year of collaboration, Magellan managed the full fulfilment and distribution process, ensuring that every company advent calendar was meticulously packed, protected, and delivered. The calendars were placed on protective layers, bubble-wrapped individually, and shipped via signed, next-day tracked delivery services across the UK.

The consistent high-quality production and fulfilment process meant that MS Lending’s clients received their calendars in pristine condition, enhancing the perceived value of the gift and reinforcing MS Lending’s brand commitment to excellence.
