The 2021 Net-a-Porter branded advent calendar was a showstopper from the outside in. Built from rigid board in a two-piece construction, the calendar measured 460mm (W) x 440mm (H) x 160mm (D), offering generous space for a premium unboxing experience. The hinged doors were securely mounted to a solid tray base, ensuring a sturdy and long-lasting structure that could be reused.

A wide cross grain ribbon threaded through the 40mm oval slots served as both a visual feature and a functional closure. The doors opened back smoothly, revealing a refined interior that showcased each day’s gift in style — making this a standout example of luxurious advent calendar packaging done right.

Inside, the calendar contained 25 drawers of varying sizes made from 1.5mm rigid board, providing a secure foundation for luxury beauty and skincare items. Each drawer was individually wrapped in crisp white paper, featuring foiled numbers for an elegant festive touch. Matching shredded paper protected each product, while the white greyboard lining added a clean, minimalist aesthetic.

All compartments were separated by 3mm rigid board dividers, wrapped to match the overall structure. These robust partitions ensured each product stayed securely in place during shipping and throughout daily use.

The entire drawer system was held within a heavy-duty tray mounted inside the outer case — showcasing the expertise of professional advent calendar manufacturers who understand the importance of presentation, product protection, and brand alignment.
